When observing a coral aquarium, the colors visible from the top of the tank appear more vivid and beautiful compared to those seen from the front. This phenomenon occurs because the aquascape, rocks, and large colonies within the tank create shadows that diminish the intensity of the main light source. Consequently, relying on a single light is insufficient for adequately illuminating coral from various angles.
